About the Role:

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to play a key leadership role and help us develop and execute strategic multi-channel Partner Marketing campaigns that increase engagement with Bloomreach partners in the Americas. This role will report to the Manager of Field Marketing, Americas and will work across the marketing and partner organizations to successfully implement, execute, and report on partner marketing campaigns and end-to-end GTM strategies that drive scale with Bloomreach’s partner ecosystem. We are ideally looking for someone in the Charlotte metro area, where you'll get to collaborate at our office in-person and become a core part of the Marketing team.

What challenge awaits you? 

As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager you will work cross-functionally with Channel, Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Operations to strategize, develop, and launch robust partner marketing initiatives to help enable and engage with our partner org and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 

In tracking KPIs, you will determine the right agency partners to market to - to build regional programs based on pipeline targets, performance and goals. You will be extremely data driven, creative, and will draw insight from analysis, and then develop compelling, synthesized recommendations for how to leverage our partner ecosystem to drive results. You will proactively communicate your marketing plans to the organization, implement these programs, and constantly review performance and the impact of your recommendations. 

Your job will be to:
  1. Develop and execute custom GTM plans that target Bloomreach Agency partners.
  2. Create marketing programs that help enable and engage partners to work more closely with Bloomreach.
  3. Align with the Channel/Sales team to deliver priority projects and initiatives for our partners that support overall demand generation goals. 
  4. Collaborate with the larger marketing organization to integrate field marketing strategies and campaigns into partner offerings, content, and events.
  5. Report, track and share partner marketing successes and challenges to marketing leaders and across internal organizations.
  6. Maintain positive and productive relationships with partners, serving as the marketing point of contact for all Agency and SI partners, developing one on one communication with the appropriate contacts.
  7. Evaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements.
  8. Drive partner demand generation activities and thought leadership opportunities towards our partners to build awareness and support growth in the Americas.
  9. Recommend and oversee partner marketing budget and execution of partner marketing “to” programs and success 
Your success story will be:
  • In 30 days, you will identity key partners aligned with our GTM plans
  • In 90 days, you will report on the regional KPIs of your partner programs
  • In 180 days, you will work on building repeatable quarterly programs 
Professional experience:
  • 3+ years of related experience, preferably in a marketing program and project management discipline
  • Experience working with multiple partner types (i.e., VARS, SI, CSP, MSP, ISV, etc.)
  • Successful track record leading multiple program initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience managing third-party agencies to execute marketing assets & deliverables
  • Effective project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to gain respect of senior management 
  • Motivation and willingness to work on fast-paced projects
  • Independence and self-organization to navigate yourself through ambiguous situations
  • Exceptional communication skills for partnering with marketing & sales

The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000, plus bonus & RSU's. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
