Job Description:
As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute partner marketing strategies that drive demand generation, partner engagement, and revenue growth. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to support go-to-market initiatives with value-added resellers (VARs), global systems integrators, training providers, and educational channel partners. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a marketer who understands the dynamics of channel marketing in the tech skills and learning ecosystem.

What you’ll do:
Partner Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute scalable global and regional marketing strategies for reseller and training partner segments aligned with company growth objectives.
Joint Go-to-Market Execution: Plan and implement co-marketing campaigns, content syndication, events, and joint launches that showcase partner-led tech learning solutions.
Program Development: Build and manage partner marketing programs, including enablement kits, campaign-in-a-box resources, webinars, success stories, and playbooks tailored to reseller needs.
Partner Enablement: Equip partners with assets, messaging, and tools to effectively market our platform, including education pathways, role-based learning tracks, and enterprise use cases.
Performance & Analytics: Define KPIs and analyze performance of partner marketing efforts, including lead generation, partner-sourced pipeline, and campaign ROI.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Channel Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging across the ecosystem.
Market Insight: Stay informed on tech learning trends, competitive offerings, and regional training demands to refine partner messaging and positioning.
Experience you’ll bring:
Strong understanding of reseller/channel partner models—particularly in the learning & development or IT training space.
Demonstrated success building and executing co-marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
Experience with marketing development funds (MDF), partner programs, and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and partner automation tools (e.g., Tackle.io, Crossbeam).
Excellent communication skills—capable of inspiring partner stakeholders and simplifying complex technical value propositions.
Requirements:
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in partner/channel marketing within the tech skills development, SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise training space.
This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

Pay Transparency:
The US base salary range for this role is $92,500 - $128,400 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
