About Glean:

Founded in 2019, Glean is an innovative AI-powered knowledge management platform designed to help organizations quickly find, organize, and share information across their teams. By integrating seamlessly with tools like Google Drive, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, Glean ensures employees can access the right knowledge at the right time, boosting productivity and collaboration. The company’s cutting-edge AI technology simplifies knowledge discovery, making it faster and more efficient for teams to leverage their collective intelligence.

Glean was born from Founder & CEO Arvind Jain’s deep understanding of the challenges employees face in finding and understanding information at work. Seeing firsthand how fragmented knowledge and sprawling SaaS tools made it difficult to stay productive, he set out to build a better way - an AI-powered enterprise search platform that helps people quickly and intuitively access the information they need. Since then, Glean has evolved into the leading Work AI platform, combining enterprise-grade search, an AI assistant, and powerful application- and agent-building capabilities to fundamentally redefine how employees work.

About the Role:

At Glean, partners are core to how we grow, and our reseller and VAR ecosystem is a big part of that story. We’re looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead how we go to market with our indirect partners and turn strong relationships into real, measurable impact. This role is about building momentum. You’ll work closely with Channel Sales, Partner Managers, and Marketing to design joint programs that partners are excited to run, sellers want to lead with, and customers feel the value of. If you love shaping strategy but also rolling up your sleeves to get things launched, you’ll feel right at home.

You will:

Driving Joint GTM with the Channel
  • Create and run co-marketing programs with top resellers and VARs that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Build repeatable campaign frameworks and plays that partners can easily activate across regions and segments.
  • Lead MDF planning and execution, with a strong focus on ROI and partner impact.
Enabling Partners to Win
  • Develop partner-ready messaging, content, and “campaign-in-a-box” kits that make it simple for sellers to position and market Glean.
  • Work with Product Marketing to tailor Glean’s story for channel audiences, industries, and key use cases.
Activating the Field and Ecosystem
  • Bring Glean to life through partner events, SKOs, roadshows, and regional programs that build mindshare and pipeline.
  • Serve as the marketing lead for strategic VAR relationships, aligning plans with joint account and growth priorities.
Measuring What Matters
  • Define and track success across partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, engagement, and conversion.
  • Use data and partner feedback to continuously improve programs and investment decisions.
About you:
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with deep experience in channel, partner, or ecosystem marketing in SaaS or enterprise tech.
  • A strong understanding of how resellers and VARs operate, from sales motions to incentives to marketing programs.
  • A builder mindset with the ability to take big ideas and turn them into scalable, repeatable programs.
  • A collaborative style and comfort working cross-functionally with Channel Sales, Partner Management, Demand Gen, and Product Marketing.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You can zoom out, then dive in.

  • This role is remote
Compensation & Benefits:

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
