We’re looking for a Senior Partner Manager to own and scale our Databricks relationship — driving field-level alignment, pipeline generation, and repeatable co-sell success.
Your Mission 🚀Own the Databricks alliance
Serve as Atlan’s primary relationship owner for Databricks, building multi-level alignment across sales leaders, AEs, and field engineers.
Drive field-level revenue execution
Operationalize sales leader ↔ sales leader alignment and rep ↔ rep collaboration across priority accounts to generate pipeline and accelerate deals.
Grow Databricks-influenced pipeline
Increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities through structured account mapping, co-sell motions, and disciplined pipeline inspection.
Activate targeted demand generation
Partner closely with Marketing to launch focused, field-driven campaigns that convert into qualified enterprise pipelines.
Enable Databricks field teams
Equip partner AEs and SEs with compelling “better together” messaging, technical positioning, and repeatable use cases.
Scale proven joint transactions
Identify successful Atlan + Databricks wins and turn them into repeatable plays across regions.
Deliver measurable business impact
Own clear reporting and attribution for influenced revenue and pipeline contribution.
5+ years in alliances, ISV partnerships, or enterprise SaaS partnerships
Experience working closely with Databricks or similar strategic ISVs
Proven success driving field-level co-sell motions
Strong enterprise sales fluency
Ability to influence without authority
Structured and metrics-driven
Measurable growth in influenced pipeline
Strong regional sales alignment and account mapping discipline
Repeatable joint transactions across enterprise accounts
Enabled Databricks field teams advocating for Atlan
Clear revenue attribution tied to partnership execution
