What You'll Do
As a Senior Partner Manager, you’ll own relationships with some of DealMaker’s most valuable referral partners, investment banks, broker-dealers, VCs, and strategic allies who bring qualified sales opportunities into our funnel. You’ll be part of a small, high-performing team focused on expanding and activating our partner ecosystem.
Your impact will be felt through the number and quality of opportunities sourced through your partners, and your ability to create win-win relationships that scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow high-value referral partner relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities by aligning partner capabilities with DealMaker’s value proposition and customer needs.
- Develop joint business plans with partners, including co-marketing initiatives, event participation, and quarterly pipeline reviews.
- Track and report partner performance, identifying opportunities to optimize activation, conversion, and revenue contribution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a seamless partner and customer experience.
- Contribute to the refinement of DealMaker’s partner strategy, bringing insights from the field to shape future programs and tiers.
This is a role for someone who wants to own outcomes, not just manage accounts. You’ll be expected to move fast, build trust, and deliver measurable impact in a fast-evolving capital markets technology space.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development, ideally within capital markets, private equity, venture capital, investment banking.
- Strong relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders across multiple industries.
- Proven track record of driving partner-sourced revenue, pipeline growth, or referral programs in a B2B environment.
- Commercial acumen and sales fluency, with the ability to translate partner potential into quantifiable business outcomes.
- Operational discipline, balancing relationship work with data, process, and accountability.
