About The Role:

  • The Senior Partner Manager will report directly to the Industry Lead and will be responsible for building new business relationships within the mid-market space. 

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Activate new partners and brands and expand into new business units within existing partners. You will be responsible for contributions to revenue targets within your industry team. 
  • Work closely and collaboratively with Industry Lead and Account Managers on offer details, programming, and calibration.
  • With oversight, craft proposals and meet with prospects to share Fetch’s vision, strategy, and value proposition. 
  • Leverage insights and data visualization in proposals to show brand partners the power of Fetch in driving their business forward. 
  • Externally influence decision-makers on Fetch’s partner teams, showing brands the power of Fetch and guiding them to full partnership. Internally, you’re supporting other Fetch sellers' efforts.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Fetch's offerings and tech/product/marketing pipeline. You know where Fetch is and where we're going with the depth to get new partners/brands to full partnership.
  • Remain up-to-date on media/marketing industry trends, network, and demonstrate your subject matter expertise in the mid-market space to prospective partners. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sales support, or a related field.
  • Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient understanding of how Fetch ad solutions drive business outcomes (including key KPIs).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven decision-support tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini AI) or automation tools (e.g., Zapier).
  • Experience drafting proposals and order forms from concept to completion.
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration to align campaign strategy and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast revenue and create gap-to-quota plans.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Direct client vertical experience in mid-market industry is preferred. 
  • Comfort working in dynamic or evolving environments.

Compensation:

At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000, and the on-target earnings (OTE) range is $172,500 - $195,000 (This does not include accelerators or sales plan incentive funds, which employees may also be eligible for).
