About the Role
The Partner Manager, New Business is an individual contributor sales role, acquiring new clients via prospecting and creating or contributing to proposals. This role contributes directly to revenue through individual and pod quota ownership.
As a seller at Fetch, you’ll support the sales cycle from outreach through close, learning how to identify opportunities, craft proposals, and build trusted relationships. You’ll partner with Account Managers to expand partnerships and collaborate with senior teammates to refine your approach. You are also expected to leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate learning, support research, and drive efficiency in prospecting, meeting prep, pipeline hygiene, and campaign insight capture.
Role Responsibilities:
- Own revenue targets and contribute to individual and/or team goals.
- Support and manage outreach efforts by building prospect lists, preparing briefs, and joining early conversations
- Engage prospects through sales outreach and relationship mapping, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce
- Generate revenue by converting partners and prospects into strategic relationships, with decreasing reliance on oversight over time
- Draft and refine proposals and sales materials using templates, summaries, AI tools, and team guidance
- Articulate Fetch’s value proposition and ad products in partner conversations
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, meeting prep, prospecting, and pipeline hygiene
- Develop data-backed narratives for partners by surfacing key campaign takeaways and trends
- Contribute to campaign strategy by connecting performance results to future recommendations
- Build internal relationships with Account Managers and Industry Leads to understand campaign setup and client needs
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in Salesforce, flagging gaps, risks, and updates to ensure visibility
- Support deal workflow through documentation, order forms, post-meeting follow-ups, and internal coordination
- Manage account activity and pipeline by contributing to growth forecasts and opportunity tracking
- Prioritize and meet both internal and external deadlines
- Identify inefficiencies or partner feedback and share them with the pod, proposing solutions with guidance
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows, surface insights, and improve sales execution
- 2+ years of experience of prospecting and converting new businesses
- Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize across multiple projects and stakeholders
- Foundational understanding of digital advertising KPIs and how media solutions drive outcomes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clients
- Exposure to analyzing campaign data and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, and other technology to drive measurable impact
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM
- Experience with mid-market clients across relevant industries, including but not limited to CPG, Restaurants, Retail, disruptors, food delivery, or consumer services
- Experience with full funnel marketing solutions, ideally including performance advertising or lower-funnel experience
- Experience collaborating with implementation, analytics, or other cross-functional teams
- At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $103,000-$125,000. The on-target earnings range for this position is $154,500-$187,500 (This does not include accelerators or sales plan incentive funds, which employees may also be eligible for).
