Summary:

We are currently seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Specialist to join our GTM Enablement team in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto or the U.S.. 

What your team does: 

GTM Enablement supports the revenue organization with the tools, technology, content, training, process, and support necessary to do their jobs effectively and meet revenue targets. Partner Enablement is a core revenue-driving function within the Enablement team, supporting our channel partners with onboarding, continuous learning, content, and other key services. 

Who you are:

You will build upon our budding Partner Enablement function at Clio, helping to define the strategy, design, and execution of the sales and technical enablement programs for our global partners. This critical role ensures our partners have the knowledge, skills, and tools to drive meaningful outcomes for our customers and business results.  

We are looking for someone who has experience building, scaling, and measuring partner enablement programs, is excited to solve problems, and driven to use data to demonstrate impact. You need to thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment, where change and new challenges are common. We’re looking for someone who has experience with and is ready to run Partner Enablement like your own business. 

What you’ll work on:
  • Scalable, Strategic Enablement: Design and implement a comprehensive, scalable partner enablement strategy that aligns with Clio's business goals and caters to the evolving needs of our diverse, global partner ecosystem.

  • Program Development: Develop and deliver a wide range of scalable enablement programs, resources, and tools that equip partners with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to effectively sell and support Clio's solutions. This will include certifications, training, content, and communications.

  • Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to align enablement initiatives with business priorities and partner needs. 

  • Data-Driven Enablement: Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and their impact on partner performance. Regularly assess effectiveness of the enablement strategy with a data-driven approach and partner and stakeholder feedback loops.

  • Agility: Stay agile and adaptable in response to shifting market conditions, partner needs, and business priorities. Have a creative and problem-solving mindset to address challenges and deliver results. 

  • Innovative Approach: Stay up to date on channel sales and enablement best practices. Continuously seek out innovative solutions and approaches to address gaps and improve the partner experience - be willing to try new things.

  • Assist and support GTM Enablement initiatives as needed.

What you bring:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Partner or Channel Enablement

  • Instructional design experience a plus

  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise SaaS companies

  • Experience developing and executing partner enablement strategies for global teams

  • Ability to manage projects from conception to completion

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Collaborative, creative, and accountable business partner

  • Ability to effectively manage deadlines, ambiguity and change

  • Excellent strategic, conceptual, and decision-making skills 

  • Innovative. The ideal candidate is never satisfied with the status quo and is always looking for the next best way to do the work or accomplish goals

The full salary range* for this role is $97,700 to $115,000 to $132,300 CAD.Please note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee's location.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
