This role identifies, prioritizes, and delivers targeted learning solutions that enable partners to confidently sell our solutions and drive mutual growth. By building strong relationships and leveraging deep partner acumen, the Partner Enablement Readiness Manager translates business priorities into impactful and measurable enablement programs.
Success in this role is measured by the ability to equip partners with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to drive productivity, accelerate revenue, and strengthen customer outcomes. The Partner Enablement Readiness Manager ensures that enablement programs are widely adopted, scalable, and recognized as key drivers of partner and business growth.
This position will report to the Head of Field Readiness and is an individual contributor role.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $152,100 - $198,575
Zone B: $137,700 - $179,775
Zone C: $126,900 - $165,675
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a multi-quarter enablement strategy, aligning programs and initiatives with business priorities.
- Develop strong, consultative relationships with stakeholders working across Partner Programs, Partner Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales and Revenue Operations.
- Drive alignment among stakeholders with differing priorities, facilitating compromise and consensus to achieve desired outcomes.
- Conduct regular needs analyses- data, interviews and stakeholder feedback- to identify partner knowledge and skill gaps and translate these insights into an actionable enablement strategy and priorities, including partner certification programs.
- Design enablement programs that are multi-modal, recommending the right enablement modality based on the goals, behavior change and context.
- Leverage change management tactics and champion networks to increase enablement consumption, and application, in an effort to drive behavioral change.
- Qualify incoming partner enablement requests, vetting based on alignment with strategic partner initiatives.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess enablement progress, capture feedback, and refine strategic direction.
- Establish clear success metrics and continuously measure, track and enhance the impact of partner enablement initiatives.
- Create detailed project plans for all enablement activities, with clear deliverables and milestones and ensure timely execution.
