As a Senior Trademark & Marketing Paralegal, you will be a cornerstone of our global practice. This is not just a support role—it is an opportunity to manage complex, high-stakes projects and help shape the legal operational framework for a global leader in AI. You will work at the heart of our most exciting initiatives, from global trademark policing to the legal nuances of the latest marketing campaigns.

Marketing & Creative Review: Perform preliminary reviews of marketing content and claims, sweepstakes, and contest rules for compliance with legal and company requirements.
Contract Lifecycle Management: Handle the end-to-end process, from template creation, to negotiation, and execution with a focus on releases and content use.
Operational Excellence: Innovate by creating and refining legal processes and maintaining highly organized, tech-forward document repositories.
AI Adoption: Serve as a team champion for adopting AI and agentic technologies to transform and streamline legal workflows.
Proactive Issue Spotting: Identify non-obvious legal issues and proactively manage risks that could impact brand value or organizational operations.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven Track Record: Significant experience in global trademark prosecution and policing, ideally with a background that includes both top-tier law firms and in-house roles at a large, global tech company.
Substantive Expertise: Deep knowledge of trademark and marketing law. Experience with technology transactions, IP licensing, domain name enforcement, and consumer protection is highly desirable.
Organization and Time-Management: Exceptional organizational skills and incredible time management, with a proven ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize a high-volume global docket of trademark prosecution, brand enforcement, and marketing clearance projects to timely resolution with exceptional attention to detail.
Legal Ops Mindset: A passion for improving workflows, implementing automation, and building scalable processes.
Exceptional Tech Savviness: You are an early adopter who is excited to experiment with AI tools to drive efficiency and excellence.
Collaborative Influencer: A master at building trusted relationships across functional areas and influencing positive outcomes through clear, empathetic communication.
