Description

As a Senior Paid Social Strategist at OuterBox,  you will lead the paid social media advertising efforts for our innovative & transformative digital health and e-commerce clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing paid social strategies, managing campaigns across various platforms, and owning client communication. Your role involves optimizing campaigns for optimal performance, staying current with industry trends, and collaborating with clients to achieve their marketing objectives.

  • Strategy and Planning: Collaborate closely with clients to understand campaign objectives and target audience. Develop comprehensive paid social media strategies aligned with client goals and budget constraints. Oversee the creation of detailed campaign plans, including budget allocation and ad creative strategies.
  • Campaign Management and Execution: Lead the setup and management of paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others. Oversee the development of ad creatives, including ad copy, images, videos, and landing pages. Implement advanced audience targeting and segmentation strategies. Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize for key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROAS).
  • Audience Research and Analysis: Conduct audience research and segmentation to maximize ad relevance and performance. Utilize audience-targeting features and tools offered by social media platforms. Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools. Generate regular reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness. Provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous optimization and improvement. 
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and updates in social media advertising. Recommend and implement new strategies, features, and technologies as needed.
  • Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with paid media advertising. Demonstration of exemplary performance may supersede the experience requirement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
  • Experience developing and executing paid social advertising strategies for enterprise-level businesses
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, especially writing skills
  • Working knowledge of various marketing tools to perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and other search marketing activities
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Tiktok, Linkedin, Pinterest, and others.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
  • Ability to work well with a team and be collaborative
  • Multitasker with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and is task-oriented
  • Certification in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, TikTok Academy) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • A tactical thinker with the ability to see the strategic picture as well
