Job Summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to strategize, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, and YouTube Ads. This role requires deep expertise in search, display, and video advertising and will play a critical role in driving qualified traffic, increasing conversions, and delivering measurable ROI for the business. You’ll work closely with the digital marketing team to manage full-funnel campaigns, execute A/B tests, analyze performance trends, and translate data into actionable insights. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on performance marketing, stays ahead of platform updates, and is passionate about continuous testing and improvement.

Schedule Details

  • Location: On-Site, Laguna Hills, CA. 
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-5:30PM 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid search and video campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, and Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising).
  • Design full-funnel PPC strategies aligned with brand goals, targeting criteria, budget allocation, and performance benchmarks.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to maximize reach, relevance, and efficiency.
  • Write compelling ad copy for search and display ads, and collaborate with the creative team to produce high-performing YouTube ad content.
  • Monitor budgets and campaign pacing to ensure efficient spend and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Analyze KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and video performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and native ad platforms.
  • Continuously test ad variations, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Monitor competitor activity and stay up to date with platform changes, trends, and new advertising tools.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports on campaign performance to stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ Years proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on paid search.
  • Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search Certification)
  • Deep knowledge of GA4
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including setup, keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Attention to detail, data-driven decision-making, and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
  • Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.​
  • Experience with keyword research, bid strategies, audience segmentation, and ad performance optimization.​
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, Looker Studio, and native ad platform reporting tools.​
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.​

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager and WordPress.​
  • Experience in Looker Studio reporting and dashboard creation.​
  • Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated industries.​
