Bounteous is seeking a Senior Paid Search Specialist to support our Marketing Services / Digital Experience Optimization teams in activating and optimizing paid search programs for enterprise clients across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360. The ideal candidate will have experience working across the search landscape and act as savvy subject matter expert on dynamic client-facing teams- particularly for B2B and healthcare organizations where accuracy, compliance considerations, and lead quality are critical.

This role is 20 hours per week.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and growth for clients by translating business objectives and media plans into tactical paid search strategies and executable roadmaps.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution: build, QA, launch, optimize, and report on paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
- Manage ongoing performance optimization across keywords, queries, audiences, bidding, creative/ad copy, landing page alignment, and budget pacing.
- Monitor pacing, budgets, and campaign quality assurance across paid search channels
- Develop and present clear, professional reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting results and optimizations.
- Stay current on platform updates, ad tech innovations, and industry best practices; proactively identify testing opportunities (A/B tests, betas, variants).
- Participates in and contributes to discovery activities with oversight from Leads/Directors
- Carefully track and record billable time and ensure deliverables meet Bounteous quality standards.
- Proven experience supporting B2B paid search, including lead-gen optimization and intent-based segmentation.
- Proven experience supporting healthcare or similarly regulated categories (health services, health tech, insurance, pharma-adjacent, benefits, etc.).
- Ability to diagnose complex issues, recommend solutions, and implement changes efficiently.
- Experience with keyword research frameworks, query mining, ad copy development, and A/B testing methodology.
- This role requires a future-focused mindset and comfort operating in an AI-first paid search environment, where automation, creative systems, and measurement strategy are evolving quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns in platforms such as Search Ads 360, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Proficiency and/or experience in majority of the following:
- Search: Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads
- Strong knowledge of campaign analysis, keyword research, creative testing, targeting, and budget management.
- Agency or consulting experience required; experience collaborating directly with clients preferred.
- Experience collaborating with both internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading client conversations.
- Analytical problem-solver with the ability to diagnose issues and recommend actionable solutions.
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Comfortable working within project management tools like Jira, Monday, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.
- Relevant paid search certifications (Google Ads, SA360, etc) strongly preferred.
