Map Labs

Map Labs is seeking a Senior Paid Search Manager to help manage our customers' Google Ads campaigns and strategy. This role requires at least five years of experience in client account management for paid search, including campaign management, reporting, and sharing actionable insights. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing paid search activation on selected accounts, reporting results to those accounts, and ensuring their satisfaction.


Map Labs helps multi-location businesses master maps marketing. We provide our customers with strategic marketing advice on Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Google Ads based on our experience, industry knowledge, and insights surfaced by our software platform.

This contract role is based remotely.


What You’ll Do


  • Develop a thorough understanding of our customer's business needs and goals to define how you can achieve these through Paid Search. 

  • Contribute ideas and practices on Paid Search to our Founder, Evan and our staff.

  • Ensure excellent account delivery, service levels, and performance for our customers.

  • Collaborate with our internal team to build trustworthy customer relationships and recognize new growth opportunities.

  • Be a Paid Search thought leader with the client and internally, putting forward new topics of interest and championing creative, strategic thinking.

  • Inspire and challenge our customers with innovative and digital-first marketing solutions.



Requirements

What You’ll Need


  • Passion about getting results for clients, even the difficult ones.

  • High technical competence in Google Ads.

  • Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads for at least five years, including exposure to search management platforms.

  • Must have worked in direct contact with clients for all of those years.

  • Applied strategic thinking to complex paid search campaigns, with a proven track record in achieving KPIs.

  • Collaborated with executive stakeholders both internally and externally.

  • Built professional, trusting relationships.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone, video, email).

  • A gift for conveying your thoughts, written and verbal, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding.


Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Marketing, Business, or other related fields.

  • Experience working with Google Business Profiles.

  • Experience working with Bing Ads.
