The Opportunity 

Xivic is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Paid Growth Strategist with a strong digital marketing acumen to join our team. They will be responsible for executing and supporting paid search, paid social, and display campaigns that help define overarching strategy for clients. They’ll be the mastermind behind executing and supporting paid media campaigns across various platforms. This includes everything from initial strategy development and account setup to ongoing management, optimization, and budget pacing. They’ll leverage data and A/B testing to measure success and provide actionable recommendations to clients. Working closely with internal teams, they’ll ensure campaigns meet client goals and KPIs through regular reporting and clear communication. 

This ideal candidate is a data-driven marketing leader with 4+ years of experience in paid media within an agency. They have a proven track record of success managing high-budget accounts, developing growth strategies, and effectively communicating results to clients.  With strong analytical and communication skills, they can translate complex data into actionable insights and collaborate effectively within a team to achieve campaign goals.

This is a remote role with team members throughout the Americas in Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern time zones. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execute and support paid media (search, social, etc.) across various platforms -- tasks include but are not limited to the following: account setup, strategy development, execution, organization, management, budget pacing, and optimization

  • Conduct A/B testing including 3rd party tool testing

  • Measure, evaluate, and analyze paid media campaign performance trends and data to determine campaign success and inform ongoing actionable insights and recommendations on an ongoing basis

  • Track and report on campaign results, including ROI and KPIs, to ensure success of campaign objectives and goals

  • Attend client calls along with the Account and Project Management team to discuss and inform on campaign strategy, performance and ongoing recommendations

  • Develop and deliver client decks to keep them informed of progress towards defined KPIs

  • Collaborate with the Strategy, Account and Project Management, SEO, and Analytics teams

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of related work experience across paid media channels in an agency setting -- experience with digital strategy, running campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, familiarity with and ability to troubleshoot conversion tracking and reporting

  • Experience as the primary growth marketing leader and hands-on experience managing accounts with annual budget in the 6-7 figures

  • Ability to identify the core KPIs and best growth strategies for accounts and understand when/how to effectively and strategically communicate true core KPIs to the clients

  • Able to be client-facing and comfortable communicating directly to key stakeholders

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain difficult concepts and have difficult conversations with clients

  • Possesses a working knowledge of conversion rate optimization and the ability to provide optimization suggestions to clients inclusive of but not limited to copy, creative and landing pages.

  • Ability to read and analyze data and pull insights from that analysis that will help improve client results

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to manage a high-volume workload under strict deadlines

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment - will always follow up and follow through
