JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role: Senior Oracle ERP Analyst - FIN

Primary Objective:

The Senior ERP Analyst - FIN will maintain and support financial modules of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite and other related systems (Oracle Cloud ERP Services). This role works very closely with IT and Business users to provide application support, project management, periodic maintenance, and continuous improvement projects in order to optimize the Oracle Cloud ERP Services for the business operations of the company.

Position Duties and Scope:

  • Provide primary level of support to Oracle Cloud ERP applications across all the financials modules including but not limited to GL, AP, AR, Projects, FA, Collections, and Bill Management.
  • Lead assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Financials modules to newly acquired companies.
  • Engage and actively participate in the ongoing Oracle Cloud Financials implementation project.
  • Partner with customers business stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle – requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Architect solution options considering Oracle Financials’ capabilities to address business requirements and business pain points.
  • Ensure high quality and value-added documentation of functional and technical solution design for review, update, and approval for implementation.
  • Lead the hands-on configuration in all modules of Oracle Financials (GL, FA, AP, AR, Projects, etc.) and work with key stakeholders to ensure configurations are in alignment with business requirements.
  • Lead the hands-on development of custom solutions across Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external including offshore IT and business teams for application maintenance, production support, quarterly patch testing, and process improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, finance, or business administration
  • 10 years of Oracle ERP experience.
  • 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud - Financials
  • At least 2 full cycle projects implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud – Financials Cloud applications.
  • Experience in working with Oracle Cloud Projects Accounting is required.
  • Experience in working with Oracle EPM is preferred.
  • Experience in configuring Ledger Accounting (SLA) rules for various sub ledgers in Oracle cloud Financials.
  • Ability to perform SQL queries and have knowledge of backend table structures.
  • Working knowledge of custom objects in Oracle Environment including forms, reports, workflows etc.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and knowledge.
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations.
  • Self-driven to achieve the highest standards of service, implementation excellence, and on-time delivery.

Compensation Range:

$7.25 - $178,600.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
