We are seeking a Senior Payroll Consultant to join our team at Highstreet, an Oracle Cloud managed services and implementation partner. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes and have experience working with and advising K12 and higher education institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
•Evaluate and advise our K12 and higher education clients on Payroll processes
•Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
•Assist in the design and implementation of payroll integrations with third-party systems
Requirements:
•Ability to evaluate Payroll systems and processes for Highstreet clients and make recommendations
•Extensive experience with Payroll systems and procedures
•Proven track record of successful payroll support and guidance in K12 and higher education sectors
•Deep understanding of payroll methods and various payroll systems
•Expertise in processing payroll, including knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
•Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•30% Milestone travel is required
Preferred Qualifications:
•Knowledge of US federal requirements for payroll, such as W-4, W-2, and tax tables
•Familiarity with education-specific payroll requirements and regulations
