Provide functional leadership in the design, configuration, and testing of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions while collaborating with clients and teams to meet project objectives.

The position will provide functional leadership focused on Design, Configuration and Testing of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. The position involves at least two modules expertise out of ORC, Core HR, Talent, Learn, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, OTL and Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Subject Matter Expert, the Oracle Cloud Functional Lead should have extensive experience Design, Configuration and Testing of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions that meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
This includes:
· Collaborate with onsite team and clients to understand the project implementation needs, processes, and challenges.
· Maintain regular communication with onshore teams and clients to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.
· Configure Oracle HCM Cloud system (such as Core HR, ORC, Talent Management, etc.) to meet client specifications and business processes.
· Develop test plans, test scripts, execute testing, and document results to ensure the system functions as expected.
· Identify defects and work with relevant teams to resolve issues before releasing it for lead/client validation.
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to requirements, configurations, processes, and user guides.
· Provide ongoing support to client’s post-implementation, addressing any system issues or user queries.
· Recommend improvements based on user feedback and best practices.
· Assist in data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during the transition from legacy systems.
· Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on HR metrics and support decision-making.
· Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system functionalities.
· Keep up to date with the latest HCM trends, Oracle HCM technologies, and updates from the Oracle.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
· Ability to support multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
· Ability to support and work on internal Highstreet initiatives.
· Ability to travel for client meetings, project kick-offs, testing events depending on the organization requirements and needs
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities.
· Ensure timely delivery of tasks allocated within the deadlines with great quality
Experience (must have):
· At least 5+ Years of experience in Oracle HCM Implementations.
· Minimum 2-3 successful implementations.
· Ability to assist with the implementation of at least one to two modules from the below list independently:
ORC, Core HR, Talent, Learn, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, OTL and Payroll
· Strong business process background
· Strong business communication and customer management skills.
· Ability to work with Highstreet offshore functional and technical staff.
· MS Office Skills
· Ability to analyze data sets and do comparative analysis
· Must travel on a need basis to client location in US
· Must have a valid US visa to travel to the client location
