The Senior Operations Manager will oversee hiring, HR, finance, and process improvements in a high-growth startup, ensuring efficient operations.

About the Role: As Senior Operations Manager, you’ll own everything from hiring and HR to finance, accounting, and invoicing, ensuring our small startup scales seamlessly. You’ll build and lead operational processes, drive efficiency across people- and data-driven workflows, and partner closely with leadership to hit our growth milestones.
Ideal Qualifications:- 2+ years in operations at a high-growth startup
- Hands-on experience across HR, finance, accounting, and vendor management
- Proven track record hiring and managing cross-functional teams, including for technical and engineering roles
- Comfort rolling up your sleeves and tackling ambiguity
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience implementing SOPs and process improvements
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Gusto, and Hiring / Applicant-tracking systems
- Lead full-cycle hiring: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Oversee HR operations: benefits administration, performance reviews, and employee relations
- Manage finance & accounting: budgeting, forecasting, payroll, invoicing, and expense reporting
- Implement and document SOPs for all core processes
- Coordinate with external vendors, legal counsel, and service providers
- Identify bottlenecks and test new tools or workflows to boost efficiency
- Serve as the primary liaison between leadership and functional teams
