About the role:
The Sr. Omnichannel Commercial Manager will be a member of the LIV eCommerce and media team reporting to the Sr. Director of Ecom. This manager will lead Liquid I.V.’s integrated omnichannel strategy and be responsible for establishing and strengthening our presence on all ecommerce omnichannel platforms by understanding each channels shopping experience and their customer. They will lead retail ecommerce strategy in partnership with our retail sales team and be responsible for owning external engagement with our customers.
Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, ecommerce & marketing, to align and optimize channel strategies and tactics to achieve the commercial objectives.
- Develop full-year strategic growth marketing/promotional plans on all omnichannel platforms alongside LIV’s Omnichannel Media Manager
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, customer engagement, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Influence the selection, implementation, and ongoing optimization of digital platforms, tools, and technologies to support the omnichannel strategy.
- Develop and implement a robust measurement and reporting framework to track the effectiveness of omnichannel initiatives and inform data-driven decision-making.
- Work side by side with our Paid Media Manager on successful strategies to increase sales, define KPIs and effectively optimize channel execution.
- Develop customer facing sales strategies.
- Embed Omnichannel thinking into key processes: S&OP, Reporting Cycles, BMI Planning, AOP, etc.
- Manage Liquid I.V.’s PDPs & storefront page to drive sales and conversion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required.
- 5+ years of eCommerce & Retail experience required
- 3+ Years of Omnichannel ecommerce experience required
- 1+ years of managing a 1+ direct reports
- Experience working with brick-and-mortar retail partners, with the ability to effectively communicate traditional retail objectives while translating them into eCommerce strategies
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills, and ability to multi-task
- Eager to take smart risks and champion new ideas
- Ability to analyze and propose data-driven solutions, with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, specifically with cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to influence key stakeholders
- Ability to analyze and interpret web data/statistics
- Experience using MS Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ability to coach, grow talent, understanding of training and development programs, performance management, and building capabilities within the team for both short and long-term career growth

Work Environment:
- This role is Hybrid office environment with flexibility for industry events.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
The compensation band for this position is $126,100 - $189,100 annually. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
