Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions and technical discussions related to RAN solutions
- Collect, analyze, and document customer technical requirements
- Support the development of service proposals aligned with customer needs
- Develop technical presentations and proposals, and deliver customer-facing presentations
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and technical enablement activities
- Identify and contribute to add-on sales and business growth opportunities

- How many years of experience do you have in RAN optimization for 5G and VoLTE?
- Please describe your experience with Ericsson Network Design & Optimization (NDO).
- How many years of leadership or team-leading experience do you have?
- Have you developed technical presentations and customer proposals? Please elaborate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering or an equivalent discipline
- 8-10 years of experience working with Ericsson RAN technologies (5G, 4G/LTE, VoLTE)
- Strong knowledge of modern telecom RAN technologies, with hands-on experience in LTE, VoLTE, and 5G
- Practical experience and/or troubleshooting expertise with Ericsson RAN nodes is a strong advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, cultural awareness, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
