Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to be play a key role in designing, deploying, and optimizing network infrastructure to support robust and secure operations across the organization.. This position will be full time and onsite.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead multiple network projects by providing strategic oversight and technical guidance from design through implementation and troubleshooting

  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco network equipment, including switches, routers, and voice systems

  • Implement, maintain, and optimize modern UTM solutions and next-generation firewall appliances to safeguard network integrity and data security

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network solutions align with organizational objectives and best practices

  • Develop, document, and enforce network policies and procedures that promote operational excellence and security compliance

  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior network staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Extensive background in Cisco switching, routing, and voice systems

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale network projects and leading technical teams

  • Hands-on expertise with modern UTM systems and next-generation firewall/security appliances

  • Hands-on expertise with Network Access Control (NAC) systems

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

Desired:

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or higher (e.g., CCIE)

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors
