What You'll Do
- Design, deploy, and support enterprise-grade network solutions for healthcare organizations and business clients.
- Lead network architecture, infrastructure modernization, and data center initiatives.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert across multiple networking technologies.
- Partner directly with clients to assess environments, provide strategic recommendations, and implement solutions.
- Support discovery, consulting, and pre-sales engagements.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across the team.
- Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- 7+ years of Network Engineering experience.
- 10+ years of overall IT infrastructure, engineering, or support experience.
- Strong expertise with routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls, WAN, LAN, and wireless technologies.
- Experience designing complex enterprise and data center networking solutions.
- Cloud networking experience.
- Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.
- CCNA preferred, with advanced certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or ITIL considered a plus.
- MSP experience highly valued.
