Vacation® is seeking an experienced Sr. National Account Manager to spearhead our Club, Department Stores, Fashion & Lifestyle Channels. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this role is crucial for driving exponential, sustainable year-over-year growth through omnichannel strategies. We're prioritizing candidates with direct sales experience to Costco, Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Urban Group, Bloomingdales, Revolve, and Bluemercury. Our ideal candidate brings an extensive sales background and deep expertise in end-to-end project management, including line reviews/market meetings, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, sales forecasting, and trade budget/P&L management.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of the retail sales plan for your key accounts.
  • Develop, secure, and manage the sales and revenue plan/P&L for each assigned retailer.
  • Strategize retail promotions and pricing activities, evaluating their impact on the broader omnichannel business and brand.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with trade marketing, marketing, operations, finance, and product development to ensure successful Go-To-Market strategies.
  • Provide strategic guidance and work with the trade marketing manager on the timely execution  of retail-specific initiatives, such as displays, sampling, events, and educational programs.
  • Proactively manage all communications with key accounts, including leading bi-weekly calls, quarterly meetings, and line reviews.
  • Ensure monthly sales and inventory forecasting excellence, driving accuracy in planning and best-in-class delivery service.
  • Highlight sales and commercial successes both internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in a Sales (sell-in) role, ideally with the accounts listed above.
  • Required experience in Beauty/CPG, with a preference for a combination of corporate and startup environments.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously, tracking key details, and handling numerous customer meetings weekly.
  • Process-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in Google/Microsoft Office suites, Asana, and ideally Figma.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets advanced functions (e.g., V-lookup, Pivot Tables, building Macros).
  • Confident and clear communicator. 
  • Excited to grow Vacation® into a household name and have fun in the process.
