Job Description

We're looking for a Sr Motion Designer & Editor to join the motion community to work on some of the biggest brands in the world. Reporting to our Creative Director, this is an amazing opportunity to partner with a team with next level creative experience. Through our content we really have a huge platform to help shape trends and culture and we would love to find more accomplished motion designers to help us grow our team.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract and is a hybrid role based out of LA. The salary range for this position is between $115,000-140,000 USD annually, pro-rated for the duration of the assignment.

How we'd describe the day-to-day:

  • Daily huddles with your project team and interaction throughout the day within project teams.
  • Reoccur huddles within the design community.
  • Monthly meetings with the Creative and Experience Network.
  • Opportunities to bring your creative ideas to the table through brainstorms and slack.
  • Layers of support from design subject matter experts, a designated Personal Support Network and dedicated mentor program to help you with career progression, daily and overall well being.
  • Communicate with creative team, clients and Project Managers to ensure assets are on par with creative brief standards.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English and Spanish
  • Previous background of working in an agency or brand environment, 4+ years.
  • Must be an expert in After Effects and proficient across Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator with an understanding of graphic design, layout and typography.
  • 3D skills (Cinema 4D, Blender). AR (Spark AR, Snapchat, TikTok).
  • Knowledge of the Red Giant Suite.
  • Basic audio editing capabilities.
  • Motion storytelling for social content (rhythms, trends, best use of formats).
  • Take briefs, analyze and implement under the guidance of a Director, to deliver assets of a high-quality standard.
