We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer to design and implement the next generation of GenAI-powered business solutions. This position operates at the intersection of Microsoft Power Platform and Generative AI technologies. The successful candidate will go beyond configuring standard bots by engineering sophisticated solutions that integrate the Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and enterprise data systems.
Candidates must possess substantial hands-on technical expertise and a strong foundation in platform engineering, with the ability to apply these skills in real-world production environments.
The Senior Developer will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to translate both business and technical requirements into actionable solutions. Responsibilities include developing diagrams, models, and documentation to support design, integration, and delivery, as well as working with senior architects on complex system integrations.
 
Qualifications
·       Possess over four years of technical experience in software development, platform engineering, or automation.
·       Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, is essential.
·       Experienced in developing solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents) or comparable GenAI orchestration tools.
·       Comprehensive understanding of Azure services such as Azure OpenAI, Functions, Logic Apps, and Storage.
·       Skilled in writing and debugging basic code in Python or PowerShell, with a sound grasp of API integrations.
·       Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
·       Holds Microsoft Certifications (PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400).
·       Previous involvement in federal consulting or client-facing engineering roles.
 
Core Skills
·       Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, SPFx, SASS/CSS3, and HTML5
·       Experienced with React and Handlebars frameworks
·       Skilled in Gulp, Webpack, and NodeJS toolchains
·       Strong background in C# and .NET development
·       Familiar with Git or comparable version control systems
·       Knowledgeable in Power Platform and Azure development
·       Proficient in PHP and REST API development
·       Competent in XML, XSLT, and XSD technologies
·       Expertise with Visual Studio
