Would you like to be a crucial member on the team collaborating on digital media strategy? Do you have Paid Social experience? Hero is adding to it’s growing media team. We’re looking for a team member that will participate in the day to day strategic planning, reporting, and media activity on several key client accounts as well as work closely with senior team members to make sure our digital media direction is closely related to our clients overall strategic objectives. This job includes the exploration of emerging media technology and ad types. This is a contract role that begins on 4/22/2025 and is estimated to end on 6/30/2025.
What you’ll do
- Execute planning, performance evaluation, and optimization across paid social media channels using best in class Media Technology Partners
- Recommend audience targeting criteria, placements, bid rules, weight, scheduling, reach frequency, and recency goals.
- Deliver reporting and insights for paid social campaigns on a weekly/monthly basis, and review campaign data, extract insights and optimize
- Perform pre-launch QA of all paid social campaigns
- Manage budgets and reconciliation process
- Maintain relationships with all major media platforms; staying up to speed on all developments (new ad formats, targeting capabilities, et al.) and gaining consideration for beta test inclusion
- Assist in creative direction based on best practices
- Collaborate with internal account teams for day to day management of media campaigns
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook/Meta and LinkedIn
- Deep expertise in Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including campaign set-up, targeting, budget allocation, and performance analysis
- Proven success in managing and scaling large media budgets while maintaining strong performance and ROI
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work
- Highly organized, with demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and analytics teams

The salary range for this position is as listed below. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the actual salary ranges for current and former employees who are either currently filling a similar role or did in the past; the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications; the level of specialization the role requires; budgetary considerations; the market demand for that role and the local market conditions that exist where the employee will be based. For current Huge employees, tenure will also be a consideration.
