About the Role:

The Partner Team at Vercel is charged with creating mutual success for Vercel, our partners and customers. We are looking for a Sr. Marketplace Partner Manager to join our Partnerships team. You will own and drive the success of our Vercel Marketplace, support partners as they build / launch / scale with Vercel, and drive mutual customer success. You will report to the VP of Partnerships.

What You Will Do:

  • Ecosystem Growth: Identify, recruit, and onboard partners onto the Marketplace. Create and establish Marketplace commercials with partners.
  • Partner Engagement: Manage Marketplace partner relationships on one to many, and strategic level. Be an advocate for Marketplace partner success.
  • Program Success: Co-define priorities, objectives, and success metrics with Ecosystem Product Manager. Design and establish best-in-class experience for Marketplace partners and users.
  • Co-marketing: Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, and RevOps to execute co-marketing plans to drive acquisition of new users and adoption of Marketplace solutions.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute phased strategies from market and customer research to grow Marketplace adoption. From in-app experience, to marketing campaigns tactics.
  • Co-sell Initiatives: Devise plans with partners and enable sales team to grow the volume of co-sell, co-market, and deal reciprocation through Marketplace efforts.
  • Operational Excellence: Build out repeatable and scalable Marketplace program and engagement models to nurture and drive success to our partners and GTM organization.
  • Iterating to Greatness: Execute quarterly business reviews, with regular data analysis and insights. Provide leadership visibility into strategic bets, opportunities, and attainment of key performance metrics.

About You:

  • 5+ years in technical partnerships roles at high growth SaaS companies
  • Proven success in building and scaling integration and app marketplace
  • Have used Vercel / v0 in your professional or personal project.
  • Strong understanding of the developer ecosystem and technology landscape
  • Proven track record as a strong business partner to a Product organization
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, and a bias for data-driven action
  • Strong Salesforce.com utilization, data analytics skillsets, and understanding of revenue operations workflow
  • Location preference: San Francisco or New York City

The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $149,000-$223,000.  This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job related skills, experience and location. Pay ranges outside San Francisco may be  adjusted based on employee location.  The total compensation package also includes benefits and equity-based compensation. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your location during the hiring process.
