Accelint is building a modern marketing function from the ground up, and we’re looking for someone excited to grow alongside it. Our team is small and scrappy, focused on raising awareness, reputation, and credibility in critical sectors like national defense, public safety, and emerging areas like renewable energy and climate resilience. 

As Senior Marketing Specialist, you’ll support campaigns, content, events, and internal communications that bring the Accelint brand to life. You’ll be joining a mission-driven company where the work you support helps accelerate technologies that matter — from protecting national security to powering a more sustainable future. 

This role is a great fit for someone highly organized, creatively curious, and eager to learn the full range of B2B marketing. You’ll gain hands-on experience across brand, content, field marketing, and product marketing, with room to grow into a more strategic role over time.

Duties & Responsibilities 

Brand + Content Support 

  • Draft and publish content for LinkedIn, newsletters, press releases, and internal comms 
  • Coordinate development of marketing materials: slides, case studies, sizzle reels, social assets, one-pagers, etc. 
  • Support basic website updates and collaborate with developers for larger builds  

Events + Engagement 

  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, speaking engagements, hosted events 
  • Coordinate logistics - vendors, travel, shipping, on-site needs, post-event recaps 

Project Ops & Tracking 

  • Maintain marketing task/project tracking systems and calendars  
  • Keep our asset library and internal communications up to date and well organized 
  • Track and report on campaigns, web traffic, social engagement, content metrics 

Strategic Marketing Support 

  • Support development of PR and analyst relationships by coordinating briefings, assets, and outreach 
  • Assist in gathering buyer insights, competitive intel, and market research  
  • Help organize inputs into messaging frameworks, personas, and win stories 
  • Support new product launches

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in a B2B marketing or comms role (agency or in-house) 
  • 2+ years of experience managing event planning and logistics 
  • Strong preference for those with experience in defense, national security, GovTech 
  • Strong writing and editing skills 
  • Excellent organization and follow-through 
  • Familiarity with MarTech tools like Wordpress, Hootsuite, etc.  
  • Curiosity and drive to learn across all areas of marketing 
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and desire to grow into a strategic marketing or product marketing role over time 

Clearance Information: Some positions will require access to U.S. National Security information. Positions that require this access will be required to receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL). In order to qualify for this position, the candidate must be a US Citizen and either currently possess this National Security eligibility or be able to complete the investigation application process with a favorable determination and maintain that eligibility throughout their employment.
