Position Overview:

The Senior Marketing Specialist works within the Marketing team on all efforts to expand the company brand and raise awareness to new and existing territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Logistics:
  • - Event Planning & Execution: Lead the coordination and execution of Endpoint events, including. But not limited to trade shows, conferences, webinars, virtual events, and internal events.
  • - Vendor & Venue Management: Manage relationships with venues, vendors, and exhibit partners to ensure seamless event experiences.
  • - Sales & Leadership Enablement: Prepare and equip sales teams, presenters, and company leaders with event-specific materials, messaging, and briefings to ensure alignment and maximize impact during engagements.
  • - Post-Event Analysis: Collect feedback, analyze event performance, and provide actionable insights for future improvements and ROI for our events. 
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • - Strategic Marketing Support: Collaborate with the Associate Director of Marketing to implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • - Content Creation: Develop and manage content across platforms, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.
  • - Digital Marketing: Support initiatives such as SEO, paid media, organic social, and website optimization to enhance online visibility and performance.
  • - Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with Endpoint’s brand identity and values.
  • - Analytics & Reporting: Responsible for creating reporting workstreams that reflect marketing performance and contributions to pipeline. Also responsible for monitoring and reporting on marketing KPIs across platforms, using data to inform and refine strategies.
  • Additional Responsibilities and Touchpoints:
  • - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • - Technology Utilization: Use marketing tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, website builders, and analytics dashboards to streamline campaigns and track performance.
  • -Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Use findings to inform marketing strategies, identify opportunities, and support strategic positioning.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business and or appropriate experience

Experience:

  • 2-4 years IRT, pharmaceutical, or healthcare related experience
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Attentive listening skills
