The CRM Operations team is responsible for executing CRM strategies developed by the CRM Strategy team. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to support this work across multiple business units. This role is highly execution-focused and centered on building, QA’ing, and launching CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and newsletters.

This position is best suited for someone with solid CRM execution experience who is comfortable working from established plans, collaborating cross-functionally, and managing multiple campaigns at once.

Responsibilities
  • Execute CRM campaigns across email, push, SMS, and newsletters based on requirements provided by the CRM Strategy team.
     

  • Build campaigns in CRM platforms, configure targeting and dynamic content, and perform thorough QA before launch.
     

  • Support the execution and maintenance of recurring and triggered lifecycle programs, including updates and troubleshooting as needed.
     

  • Work closely with the CRM Operations Lead to manage timelines, priorities, and execution details.
     

  • Partner with CRM strategists, analytics, and engineering teams to validate audience logic, data inputs, and campaign setup.
     

  • Apply established CRM operational best practices related to deliverability, personalization, and user experience.
     

  • Execute A/B tests and campaign experiments and assist with compiling results and performance summaries.
     

  • Maintain clear documentation and follow standard workflows, checklists, and QA processes.
     

  • Communicate execution status, risks, and issues in a clear and timely manner.
     

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience executing CRM or lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push, SMS, and/or in-app channels.
     

  • Hands-on experience implementing targeting logic and working with large audience segments.
     

  • Working knowledge of HTML and the ability to troubleshoot common email rendering or coding issues.
     

  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Zeta, Moveable Ink, Stensul, or similar platforms.
     

  • Familiarity with dynamic content or personalization scripting (e.g., Liquid) is a plus.
     

  • Working understanding of data concepts such as user events, audience schemas, or campaign triggers; experience using SQL or analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) for basic validation or troubleshooting is a nice to have.
     

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
     

  • Clear, collaborative communicator with a practical, execution-oriented approach.
     

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop, and comfort navigating internal marketing systems.
     

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $65,625.00 - $136,875.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
