The Job:

Convoso is looking for a full time Senior Marketing Program Manager to join the Marketing Team. This role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. The purpose of the program manager position is to drive programs, projects and initiatives forward within the marketing department, and collaborate with stakeholders in other departments across the company. The role will also oversee several functions that will report into this role, including events, design and partnership marketing.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead Programs and Projects: Lead cross-departmental coordination for major marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery of programs and projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders within the marketing team, including demand gen, marketing operations, and marketing communications; as well as stakeholders in other departments including sales, product & product marketing, customer success, and people operations, to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
  • GTM launches: Coordinate efforts of all marketing sub-teams to support new product/feature launches. Interact with Product Program Manager to ensure alignment.  
  • Define, optimize, and document scalable processes for marketing execution of projects that touch the different sub-teams. Continue to identify areas for team process improvement & growth 
  • Build and manage centralized project timelines, holding teams accountable for milestones and deliverables
  • Analyze, integrate, and manage program plans for complex, multi-workstream initiatives, including scope, schedules, dependencies, and resource forecast
  • Partner with business units and functional leads to identify resourcing needs, streamline communication, and align marketing strategies with business goals
  • Lead team process improvements in Asana, G-drive. 
  • Ensure that all marketing teams are tracking progress against annual and quarterly goals. Facilitate quarterly goal setting and goal review.  
  • Facilitate project charters, kickoffs, and debriefs to improve the project process
  • Strategic Thinking: Connect the dots on project details to align with broader strategic objectives, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Events Management - oversee events team lead to ensure events achieve desired outcomes and support company goals.

Who You Are:

  • 3-4 years in event marketing or relevant industry experience preferred
  • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills 
  • Proficient to Advanced using the latest versions of Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and Asana
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments and maintain a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
  • Fantastic customer service ethics and high standards for quality
  • Ability to work in our Woodland Hills office at least twice a week

Compensation:

The base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000.

The Base Pay Range for this position is based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and the company's compensation strategies. However, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other objective business. Convoso’s compensation package also includes equity for all eligible U.S full time roles and exceptional benefits, including generous 401k match.
