We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Partnerships Manager to help bring that future to life.
This role will lead the activation of Archer’s top brand partnerships, including the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. From developing co-branded campaigns to managing global partner moments, this person will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our co-marketing efforts in Los Angeles and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the day-to-day marketing relationship with the LA28 team, coordinating activations, campaigns, content deliverables and more.
- Work with the broader marketing team to develop co-branded campaigns that span physical events, digital storytelling and earned media.
- Collaborate closely with internal Archer teams across infrastructure, airline, government relations, legal, marketing, design, and the executive team to bring partnership campaigns to life.
- Track and report on marketing KPIs as it relates to partnerships, helping the team manage
- Work with legal, brand and product stakeholders to ensure compliance of partner IP
- Travel as needed to support on-site activations, events and more (including regular/frequent travel to HQ in San Jose, CA).
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, partnerships, or experiential—ideally in a high-growth tech, transportation, or sports & entertainment environment
- Deep experience with the Olympic Games and a passion for the movement
- A strong portfolio of partnership activations or co-branded campaigns with leading brands, leagues or institutions
- Experience managing external partners, executives and cross-functional teams in a high-visibility environment
- Strong project management skills-juggle multiple workstreams under tight timelines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $133440 - $166800. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
