We are looking for a results-driven Client Marketing Manager to strengthen client relationships, deliver high-impact marketing initiatives, and support strategic business growth.

Client Marketing Leadership
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison for client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and measurable value.
  • Develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to deepen engagement with key clients.
  • Translate client needs and business goals into tailored marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Partner with Business Development to support renewals, expansions, and new opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, client services, and operations to align marketing initiatives with client objectives.
  • Provide marketing insights and reporting that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with global marketing to ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across regions.
Content & Communications
  • Create and oversee client-specific assets including case studies, success stories, presentations, and reports.
  • Support the proposal process with tailored marketing materials that showcase Testronic’s value proposition.
  • Ensure communications are clear, compelling, and client-focused.
Campaigns & Programs
  • Design and implement multi-channel campaigns aimed at enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Track and measure marketing effectiveness, reporting ROI and key outcomes.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor positioning to inform client marketing strategies.
Requirements

Profile – Essential Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing, client services, or account management experience (video games, tech, or digital media preferred).
  • Proven success in account-based marketing, client engagement, or proposal support.
  • Strong ability to translate complex services into compelling client-ready messaging.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with client-facing experience.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign measurement and reporting.
