Rotunda Software, a leader in volunteer management software, is launching a brand new simple signup tool built on a freemium SaaS model that connects communities through volunteerism. The person who fills this position will work closely with senior leadership (including both the President and CEO) to formulate and lead the marketing team's efforts, beginning by tapping a network of over one million volunteers that use our existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own adoption, retention, and growth for the new Volunteer Scheduler Pro
  • Own the structure, timing and content of all marketing campaigns
  • Engage Rotunda's existing network of over 1M volunteers and 3K+ customers
  • Devise behavior-based flows and communications to improve retention and conversion
  • Manage and grow a team of two other marketing professionals
  • Oversee creation of marketing collateral (e.g. websites, emails, blog posts, etc.)
  • Ensure websites are optimized for search engines
  • Collect and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion, and retention
  • Work closely with product team to track, analyze, and influence user behavior
  • Own social media channels and build a community passionate about volunteering
Requirements
  • A track record of success marketing freemium SaaS products
  • 4+ years of experience in senior marketing roles in the software industry
  • Strong creative thinking, strategic planning, and analytical skills
  • Proven success leveraging and building community on social media
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • A passion for volunteering and helping others
