Senior Marketing Manager - U.S Corporate and Legal Solutions

Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Hybrid (three days in the office per week)
Reporting directly to the Head of CLS Marketing, CSC is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager, as an individual contributor, to help drive the marketing efforts for our dynamic Corporate and Legal Solutions (CLS) U.S-based business. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for positioning CLS as the go-to provider for the world's most successful companies, law firms, and financial institutions-helping them stay compliant, manage risk, and operate more efficiently every day.
This is a highly visible individual contributor role, requiring strong collaboration across sales, market, product development, service and technology teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Reporting directly to the Head of CLS Marketing, CSC is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager, as an individual contributor, to help drive the marketing efforts for our dynamic Corporate and Legal Solutions (CLS) U.S-based business. In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Some of the things you will be doing:
- Own and drive the U.S marketing strategy-developing and executing marketing plans that support revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
- Develop compelling brand and product messaging to differentiate CSC in our sector, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content marketing, events, thought leadership, and public relations to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
- Partner closely with sales and business leaders to understand our solutions, market priorities, customer needs, and competitive landscapes-translating insights into effective marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with a team of marketing professionals, providing peer-to-peer guidance and collaboration.
- Leverage market research and competitive intelligence to inform positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Manage marketing performance metrics, tracking key KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Oversee marketing budgets and resource allocation, ensuring the best use of funds to maximize impact and ROI.
- Support the development of sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, insight reports, and digital assets, to enhance sales effectiveness.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- 7-10 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on product marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Experience in legal and compliance services or a highly regulated industry is preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting clear, compelling messaging. Leads high-stakes presentations with executive teams, providing strategic insights on the business market positioning and competitive strategy across all marketing channels.
- Experience leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing integrated cross-channel marketing strategies, seamlessly blending digital, traditional, and emerging media to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
