Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager, NA will lead SwiftConnect’s marketing efforts in the region and serve as a key member of the NA team, reporting to the Vice President of Global Marketing. The primary mandate is to support the development and execution of a marketing plan for the NA region that elevates SwiftConnect’s brand, drives demand generation, strengthens market positioning, and supports global sales and partner engagement. This person will oversee marketing initiatives in the NA region including regional communications and campaigns, trade show and event planning and support, collateral and content development, customer communications enablement and digital channel support.

Primary Responsibilities

Regional Marketing Plan
- Support development of a NA Region Marketing plan working closely with the Sales/Business Development team to identify priorities and key initiatives to drive awareness and lead generation
- Serve as a marketing partner to Swift Connect NA team, driving alignment on regional go-to-market initiatives
- Collaborate with Marketing Leadership to identify KPIs and metrics for marketing programs; track and measure analytics to ensure success of each initiative

Digital Marketing & Customer Communications
- Database Development: Build a framework for a regional customer database, segmented by industry, customer type (Partners, current/prospective customers, consultants), and customer role (IT, C-suite, technical, etc.)
- Database Development: Collaborate with marketing team to ensure consistent and comprehensive approach across regions
- Develop and execute regional digital lead gen campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop a plan to manage and disposition leads to sales
- Manage and execute all regional customer communications, ensuring consistent branding and tone of voice

Events & Trade Shows
- Collaborate with NA Sales/Business Development team to develop a trade show and events plan for the region that will drive demand gen and generate brand awareness
- Manage details for successful execution of all NA region trade shows and events, including logistics, booth/event strategy/messaging, pre-/post-event promotion, speaking opportunities, etc.

Collateral & Content Development
- Collaborate with the marketing team and serve as the voice of the region on product collateral and content development, including case studies, white papers, thought leadership, blogs, infographics, etc.

Customer Communications Enablement
- Collaborate with the marketing team and serve as voice of the NA region on the development of enablement materials to help customers drive internal adoption of SwiftConnect products
- Support Customer Success and “Network-Effect” Sales in region, tailoring onboarding, nurture, and communication assets

Social Media & PR/Media
- Act as a key contributor to SwiftConnect always-on social media plan/calendar, ensuring proper coverage of regional trade shows, events and other initiatives
- Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to execute on regional social efforts
- Collaborate with Marketing Leadership on developing and executing regional PR/media opportunities

Channel and Partner Marketing
- Collaborate with Partnerships team to support regional co-marketing programs/ initiatives/events
