As the Senior Marketing Manager, Growth, you will be a key driver of membership and revenue growth at FOLX Health. This is a hands-on role for a builder who loves turning insight into action and shipping meaningful improvements across the funnel. You’ll partner closely with our CMO to identify the highest-leverage growth priorities at any given moment, then go deep on execution.
Some quarters, that may mean building and optimizing lifecycle programs. Other quarters, it might mean improving website conversion, sharpening in-product activation, or driving retention and multi-service adoption through our community. What You'll Do:
- Own lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, in-product, and community channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and LTV
- Analyze customer behavior, surface insights, and run experiments to improve KPIs across the funnel
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that translate performance into actionable insights for leadership
- Partner on paid acquisition strategy through landing page optimization, offer testing, and full-funnel measurement
- Co-create member experience, onboarding flows, and in-platform touchpoints with Product, Data, and Clinical teams
- Collaborate with our Creative lead and CMO on multi-channel campaigns across organic, owned, and paid
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in growth, lifecycle, CRM, product marketing, or similar full-funnel roles
- Experience building lifecycle and retention programs at subscription or multi-product businesses
- Working knowledge of email, SMS, CRM, and analytics platforms
- Deep analytical foundation: you understand performance metrics, attribution, incrementality, and can make smart recommendations about resource allocation
- Strong writing and messaging skills, with a facility for collaborating on creative and incorporating feedback
- Excitement for working in a dynamic startup environment, with a high sense of ownership and prioritization
- A zest for growth, staying up on market trends and emerging tools, including AI
- Healthcare or trust-sensitive category experience highly preferred
- Passion for LGBTQIA+ health equity and community
Note: This is a senior individual contributor role with significant ownership and influence. Over time, there is room to grow in scope, complexity, and impact as the team and business evolve.
Salary range: $120,000 - $130,000 plus benefits and equity
