At Revvity, Marketing Operations plays a critical role in enabling commercial excellence across our complex, Life Science and Diagnostic-led portfolios. We are looking for a savvy analyst to join our global Marketing Operations team, sitting at the heart of our commercial data ecosystem. This role owns our Power BI reporting environment and serves as the primary point of contact for Marketing and eCommerce analytics - supporting not only brand, marketing and eCommerce teams, but also sales and broader commercial stakeholders who rely on our dashboards, data and insights to make day-to-day decisions The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and business intelligence capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights across channels, customers, campaigns, regions, and business segments. Key Responsibilities:Power BI Development & Maintenance:
Own the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of relevant Power BI dashboards and reports serving marketing and commercial functions
Manage PowerBI data models based on ERP transactional data, Salesforce (SFDC), Eloqua, Datawarehouse, Big Query, Alteryx workflows and other sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely refresh
Design and iterate on dashboards to surface actionable data
Lead effort to move from data fragmentation to integration of additional marketing and sales data sources to tell a more complete data story from a single reporting system
Automate manual and create new eCommerce reporting views through PowerBI to create on-demand, trust worthy data reporting that yields business insightManage Power BI workspace governance including access controls, dataset management, and documentation
.Proactively monitor dashboards to identify, troubleshoot, and fix issues
Analytics & Reporting:
Act as the primary PoC for all marketing and ecommerce reporting requests, triaging, prioritizing, delivering on time
Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc marketing and ecommerce reporting across KPIs, campaign performance, pipeline and opportunity data, channel revenue, transaction share, customer adoption, retention, onboarding, and digital engagement metrics – including preparation of metrics for monthly and quarterly business reviews
Translate data from multiple platforms into coherent narratives that support monthly and quarterly business reviews, including recommendations for campaign improvement and investment optimization to drive higher marketing ROI
Partner with marketing & ecommerce leadership, sales leadership, and commercial operations teams with actionable insights and reporting to ensure dashboards are delivering insight that answers key business questions
Provide actionable insights into eCommerce performance across channels, customers, regions, and business segments, including customer adoption, channel shift, and revenue performance trends that support commercial decision-making and business growth
Stakeholder Partnership:
Build trusted relationships with Marketing. eCommerce and Sales leads across the commercial organization
Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions to understand the analytical needs of different stakeholder groups
Proactively communicate data issues, report changes, or insight alerts to relevant teams
Support the automation and enhancement of reporting capabilities to reduce manual effort and enable scalable, reliable, self-service reporting and on-demand business insights for marketing and commercial stakeholders.
Data Pipeline & Process:
Collaborate with data and ops teams on Alteryx workflows underpinning marketing data pipelines
Maintain clear documentation of report logic, data sources, field definitions, refresh schedules, and governance SOPs
Drive standardization and best practices in marketing reporting governance, workspace administration, and marketing/commercial reporting processes
What We're Looking For
Must-have:
6-8 years of experience in sales or marketing analytics, business intelligence, and marketing/commercial operations: ideally in Life Sciences, diagnostics, or scientific instrumentation
Strong, hands-on Power BI / data visualization tool skills including: working with database tables, using DAX to manipulate and map/join data to create calculated fields, measures and tables, data modeling, building dashboards tailored to diverse business audiences and levels of technical proficiency
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, inconsistencies, and actionable business insights from complex datasets
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences including Marketing, eCommerce, Sales and Product Management teams at all levels in the organization
Practical experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and SAP as a data source: understanding of objects, reporting structures, and commercial data flows
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, ideally Eloqua
Solid understanding of digital campaign tracking methodologies, including UTM structures, attribution logic, and standardized tagging frameworks to support accurate multi-channel reporting and performance analysis
Comfortable working with or alongside Alteryx for data preparation and workflow management
Excellent written and spoken English, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to communicate and influence clearly and professionally across global teams and stakeholders
Self-starter with strong ownership, adaptability, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment
Nice-to-have:
Experience designing dashboards for commercial teams
Experience with GA4 or other web analytics platforms feeding into Google Looker Studio
Power BI Service administration experience (RLS, gateways, workspaces)
SQL,Python, Tableau or similiar analytics tool skills for data validation and ad-hoc analysis
Knowledge of common datawarehouse data structures or similar product/commercial master data sources
