As the Senior Marketing Designer at Sequencing.com, you help shape how people discover and experience personalized health through clear, bold, high performing creative. You report to the Associate Creative Director and work closely with growth, lifecycle, product marketing, and creative leadership to create assets across paid social, organic content, lifecycle marketing, landing pages, subscription experiences, and product storytelling. Your work helps turn complex DNA and genome science into simple, compelling creative that helps more people understand Sequencing.com and outsmart their genes.
What you'll own
- Design marketing assets across channels including paid social ads, landing pages, email graphics, lifecycle campaigns, product marketing visuals, social content, and brand campaigns.
- Create high performing creative for acquisition channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging platforms.
- Generate and test a wide range of creative concepts, visual styles, hooks, narratives, and formats across acquisition and retention channels.
- Explore new creative directions across acquisition, lifecycle, product marketing, and brand channels to expand the range and output of Sequencing’s creative work.
- Rapidly iterate on high performing creative concepts and scale winning ideas across platforms and formats.
- Study high performing consumer creative across platforms and adapt strong ideas into new creative directions and campaigns.
- Create AI generated video assets and motion content for paid social, storytelling, lifecycle, and product marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI creative tools across image generation, video, motion, editing, storytelling, voice, and production workflows.
- Produce motion graphics, video edits, AI generated video, and multimedia storytelling assets.
- Design, update, and maintain landing pages and marketing surfaces.
- Resize, localize, version, and adapt creative across formats and channels.
- Work from and evolve existing brand systems and creative frameworks to maintain visual consistency while expanding creative breadth.
- Produce, test, and iterate on creative variations across channels to improve performance, engagement, and creative learning velocity.
- Collaborate closely with growth, lifecycle, product marketing, and creative leadership on campaign concepts and execution.
- Organize and maintain Figma files, creative systems, and asset libraries.
- Support product storytelling and lightweight product marketing design needs when helpful.
Who you are
- 5 plus years of experience in marketing design, growth creative, performance creative, content design, or related fields.
- Experience working in high growth startup environments, consumer wellness, health technology, personalization, genomics, AI native consumer products, or related consumer technology categories.
- Exceptional visual taste and strong intuition for modern consumer internet aesthetics, storytelling, and performance creative.
- Deep curiosity around AI creative tooling and a strong desire to constantly experiment with emerging technologies.
- Hands on experience with AI powered creative workflows across image generation, video, motion, editing, storytelling, or content production.
- Strong understanding of modern paid social creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Ability to rapidly generate, test, iterate, and scale a wide range of creative concepts, hooks, narratives, and visual styles.
- Strong motion, video editing, or AI generated video experience.
- Highly self sufficient and proactive, with the ability to generate ideas, identify opportunities, and move creative work forward with limited oversight.
- Strong ownership and creative autonomy, with comfort working in a fast moving, high output startup environment where speed, experimentation, and iteration matter.
- Strong attention to detail without sacrificing speed, experimentation, or creative breadth.
- Ability to independently develop creative concepts and execute them from idea through production.
- Strong proficiency with Figma and modern AI creative tools.
