Our core values—Excellence, Visionary Innovation, and Elevation—drive everything we do. We are committed to providing tools that transform the legal industry and support our clients' success at every step. Targeting a total addressable market (TAM) of over $500 billion, we are positioned at the forefront of a rapidly expanding industry.

Why This Role Matters:

As our first in-house Senior Marketing Designer, you’ll own and elevate the visual identity of Eve’s brand across all marketing channels. This role is a step beyond design execution, focusing on conceptualizing compelling visual narratives and providing creative direction to elevate every aspect of our brand experience. You'll be a key player in developing long and short term visual strategies to reach both prospective and existing customers across channels including paid ads, events and conferences, lifecycle emails, social content, web pages, and beyond.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to bring a cohesive design voice to everything we do.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the visual development of integrated marketing campaigns—events, paid media, email, social, content, and more
  • Own and evolve our visual identity system across all marketing channels
  • Translate strategic briefs and complex concepts into clear, compelling visual assets that drive understanding and results
  • Contribute strong copywriting and act as a thought partner, collaborating on both design and messaging with marketers across the team
  • Design and optimize landing pages for both conversion and aesthetics
  • Create beautiful, effective visuals for case studies, pitch decks, and one-pagers
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Demand Gen, Lifecycle, Product Marketing roles, as well as external creative partners and agencies, as needed
  • Stay on top of design trends and continuously level up Eve’s brand expression

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have 5+ years of experience as a marketing, brand, or visual designer (B2B SaaS experience a plus)
  • Are deeply fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design workflows
  • Proficient in web design platforms, Webflow preferred
  • Bring a strong portfolio of digital and brand work that balances creativity and performance
  • Understand the intersection of brand, UX, and growth—and design accordingly
  • Communicate clearly, collaborate openly, and welcome feedback
  • Are comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bonus: you’ve worked with motion design, illustration, or light front-end (HTML/CSS)

Benefits:

  • 401(k) with company match
  • Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Monthly lunch stipend
  • Professional development budget
  • Work with an ambitious and collaborative team driving real innovation in legal tech

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
