Holmes US is looking for a talented Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team - based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, or Seattle.

Who We Are: We're Holmes US - an international design firm where engineering meets innovation! With offices across the West Coast and roots in New Zealand, we're known for pushing boundaries and asking "why not?" when others say "impossible."

Our US practice specialises in structural and fire protection engineering consulting - partnering with architects, developers, and project teams to solve complex challenges from the ground up.
 

Your Journey as Senior Marketing Coordinator:

  • Support pursuit efforts from proposal preparation through to client presentations
  • Craft compelling proposals, qualifications packages, and marketing content
  • Create eye-catching graphics and visual assets that communicate our story
  • Manage and maintain our brand across digital and print channels
  • Assist with business development activities and thought leadership initiatives
  • Develop project narratives, award submissions, and marketing collateral
  • Help coordinate conferences, sponsorships, and firm events
  • Provide guidance to junior marketing staff as needed
  • Maybe even pick up some Māori words from our Kiwi colleagues!
 

You'll Thrive Here If You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • 4+ years of marketing experience - AEC industry background is a big plus!
  • Solid skills in Adobe InDesign and the broader Creative Suite
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a good eye for design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with AEC industry language and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stay cool under pressure
  • Great organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Compensation: Estimated starting salary $75,000 - $95,000 + biannual profit share bonus potential. Salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and location.
