IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to support our global marketing efforts for Rosetta Stone for Enterprise. #LI-FA1

Rosetta Stone is the leader in language learning, and our Enterprise product helps 12,000+ brands (such as BMW, Sony, Uber, and Williams-Sonoma) enable their employees to speak and work confidently across language barriers.

You will play a key role in our marketing efforts for Rosetta Stone for Enterprise, developing creative and compelling marketing campaigns and collateral, as well as providing field marketing support to our Sales team, to build brand awareness and acquire and retain customers. You’ll contribute to our marketing efforts worldwide, but with a focus on North America and Europe. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, a strong writer and communicator, and passionate about our mission to improve learning experiences for everyone. #LI-REMOTE

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Write and develop marketing content and sales enablement tools, including but not limited to: messaging documents, emails, web copy, print collateral, blog posts, case studies, event marketing materials, and more
  • Collaborate with marketing leaders to develop and execute on marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, engage prospective customers, and support existing customers
  • Build an ongoing partnership with sales leaders to understand customer needs and sales strategies
  • Identify, engage with, and leverage brand advocates 
  • Work with colleagues from various departments, including marketing, product development, and graphic design, to coordinate and implement projects from start to finish

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • BA/BS degree 
  • 6-9 years in marketing (product, content, and/or field marketing); experience in B2B marketing highly preferred
  • Strategic thinking: You are able to consider an idea from all angles, ask smart questions, and make thoughtful decisions that align with company needs and values
  • Written communication: You are an exceptional writer that knows how to clearly communicate a message and make every word count
  • You get things done: You’re a self-starter, detail- and deadline-oriented, organized, resourceful, and have the ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Interpersonal skills: You’re a team player, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
