As our Senior Marketing Analyst, you'll focus on attribution, forecasting & analytics strategy. You won't just report on the past — you'll help predict and shape the future. This senior IC role is a rare opportunity to lead attribution strategy, full-funnel analytics, and predictive modeling across a global go-to-market organization. You'll partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Data Engineering to build and evolve the systems, models, and insights that drive investment decisions and revenue growth. Your work will directly influence how we allocate resources, forecast pipeline, and define success.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Own Multi-Touch Attribution Models: Lead the design, implementation, and iteration of attribution models that accurately reflect our marketing influence across the buyer journey.
  • Forecasting & Predictive Analytics: Build and maintain predictive models that forecast pipeline, lead flow, conversion rates, and campaign ROI—helping Marketing and GTM teams plan with confidence.
  • GA4 Data Expertise: Integrate insights from Google Analytics 4 into broader attribution and performance reporting. Ensure website behavior data informs cross-channel analysis.
  • Analytics Infrastructure Development: Collaborate with engineering and ops to ensure the right data pipelines and system logic support consistent and scalable reporting.
  • Performance Dashboards: Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards in Looker (or similar tools) that track full-funnel KPIs, channel ROI, and marketing contribution to revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a key thought partner across Marketing, RevOps, and Finance, aligning on definitions, logic, and methodologies for funnel health and impact.

Let's Connect If You:

  • Experience: 7–10+ years in marketing analytics, revenue operations, or growth strategy, ideally in a B2B SaaS or enterprise environment, EOR experience is a plus.
  • Attribution + Forecasting Expertise: Proven success designing multi-touch attribution models and applying predictive techniques to forecast performance and influence strategic decisions.
  • GA4 Fluency: Strong understanding of GA4 data structure, reporting, and integration into broader analytics frameworks.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced SQL and experience with marketing tech and BI tools such as Snowflake, Looker, Salesforce, Marketo, and Google Analytics.
  • Strategic Thinking: You think beyond metrics—you connect performance insights to business context and help shape the strategy.
  • Autonomous Execution: Comfortable operating independently at a senior level; able to lead complex workstreams with minimal direction.
  • Influence Without Authority: Confident presenting data-driven narratives to senior stakeholders/executives and aligning cross-functional teams around a common measurement framework.

If you're excited to define how a global marketing team measures success, predicts outcomes, and drives strategy through data—this role is built for you.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
