What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between affiliates and the AmeriLife marketing team, ensuring their needs are understood, prioritized, and met with excellence.
  • Manage marketing requests and projects from start to finish—overseeing timelines, creative development, approvals, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, communications, and events) to develop campaigns, collateral, and promotional assets that align with AmeriLife’s brand and drive measurable results.
  • Provide affiliates with marketing resources, promotional materials, and best practices that help them attract, engage, and retain clients.
  • Track performance metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and share insights and recommendations to strengthen future initiatives.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with affiliates by understanding their goals and offering proactive marketing solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A relationship builder with strong communication skills—comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and projects at once.
  • A detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Someone with a balance of creative thinking and analytical skills, able to craft compelling campaigns while also measuring their impact.
  • Prior experience in marketing account management, project management, or a similar client-facing role. Insurance, financial services, or affiliate marketing background a plus.
  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or design, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Internal/external ad agency or account manager experience preferred
