What you'll do as a Sr. Manager, VIP Revenue Operations
- Align goals, metrics, and reporting across the OSB and VIP organizations to drive business performance, customer value, and promotional strategy into measurable results.
- Own the VIP promotional budget, including planning, ROI analysis, and cost-effective use of REI funds (Retention & Engagement Investment).
- Partner with Revenue Ops, Finance, Analytics, and VIP to track revenue performance and deliver insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with VIP Sales Ops and Customer teams to improve processes and workflows that enable the VIP organization to operate with greater speed, consistency, and efficiency.
- Streamline processes with VIP Sales Ops and Customer teams to boost speed, consistency, and efficiency.
- Optimize promotional strategies through targeting, impact measurement, and spend efficiency frameworks.
- Act as a strategic connector across Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and the Customer team-ensuring seamless execution and aligned decision-making across key initiatives.
What you'll bring
- At least 6 years of experience in revenue operations, strategy operations, or similar performance-focused roles, with 3+ years of experience leading a high-performing team.
- Strong understanding of promotional strategy, budgeting, and performance optimization-ideally in a consumer-facing, digital business.
- Experience in leading program management initiatives and building scalable strategy operations to drive efficiency and support organizational growth across cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage or influence large budgets while aligning cross-functional stakeholders around shared revenue goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to dive into data, identify trends, and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing at multiple levels of the organization.
- Passion for customer-centric operations and a desire to make a measurable business impact.
