About the Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled video producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in corporate, marketing, and storytelling video production—combining a strong creative eye with technical mastery of modern video technologies. This role will be central to crafting high-impact video content that engages audiences, supports brand strategy, and elevates our storytelling across multiple platforms.

What You'll Be Doing: The Impact You'll Make

  • Produce, shoot, and edit a wide range of corporate, marketing, and explainer videos.
  • Lead the creative development process including concepting, storyboarding, and scriptwriting.
  • Oversee all stages of production—from pre-production planning to field/studio recording and post-production editing.
  • Direct production crews, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and integrate motion graphics, animations, and product demos to support campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align video strategies with brand and business objectives.
  • Ensure video content is optimized for digital channels, including YouTube, websites, and social media.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, video technologies, and creative techniques to continuously improve output.

What You Bring: Your Unstoppable Edge

  • Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in video production, videography, and marketing video creation.
  • Proven track record producing corporate testimonials, customer stories, and promotional content.
  • Strong expertise in editing, post-production workflows, motion graphics, and animation tools (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing production schedules and budgets.
  • Technical background with understanding of computer systems, web technologies, and video integration with digital platforms.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field; Master’s degree in Video-Based Production preferred.

  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience developing and executing YouTube and digital video strategies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse corporate and marketing video projects.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

If required for this role, you will:
- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):

> Incident Response Policy/Procedures
> Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures
