As the Senior Manager, User Experience (UX) with a focus on User-Centered Design (UCD), you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user-friendly products that meet the needs of our customers. You will manage a team of UX designers to create intuitive and seamless user experiences across our products and platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that our products are designed with the user in mind and meet our business objectives. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Lead the UX team in the design and development of user-centered products and experiences 

  • Develop and implement a user-centered design process that includes user research, persona development, user testing, and iterative design 

  • Work closely with product managers to ensure that user needs and business objectives are met in the product design 

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are technically feasible and meet the requirements of the development team 

  • Manage and mentor a team of UX designers, providing feedback, coaching, and career development opportunities 

  • Conduct Participate in and lead user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve the user experience 

  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize and plan UX projects based on business goals and user needs 

  • Ensure that design deliverables are of high quality and meet project timelines 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and advocate for their adoption within the organization 

What You Bring: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field 

  • 8+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on user-centered design and research methodologies 

  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of UX designers and researchers 

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centered design in the B2B SaaS industry 

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders 

  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present and communicate design concepts and research findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization 

  • Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring UX design teams
