SALARY: $100,000 - $118,750, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:  
Empower the regional sales team with tools & resources to elevate execution while supporting wholesalers’ 1- & 3-year planning processes concurrently. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Ensure execution calendar is meeting Regional Commercial initiatives by utilizing data sources to target growth channels and consumers. 

  • Own Account Segmentation routine and develop case studies to scale strategy across different markets. 

  • Elevate Wholesaler Joint Business Plan process via partnership with Commercial Team. 

  • Own West Region Activation Army Strategy supported by data and deliver best results via robust tracking and measuring. 

  • Develop case studies showing incrementality and strong ROI to unlock future funding opportunities within region. 

  • Serve as strategic lead for bringing programs and investment to life with wholesalers in each region: WJBP, EDGE, CPC, various incentives. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor's Degree required 

  • 5-7 years sales and/or marketing experience 

  • In-depth knowledge of regional marketing and sales organization 

  • Strong communication skills, both internal and external 

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and internal system tools 

  • In-Office role
