Job Description
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Manager, Strategic Insights & Data Analytics to lead data-driven decision-making and strategic insights across our organization. This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, business intelligence, and strategic planning-translating complex data into actionable insights that drive quarterly business reviews, executive decision-making, and multi-million dollar investments. The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise with strategic thinking, turning data into compelling narratives that influence C-suite strategy and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Business Intelligence Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end analytics for quarterly and annual business reviews, delivering data-backed insights that influence strategic decisions on investment allocation, GTM priorities, and resource planning
  • Lead pre-buy and burndown forecasting process by engaging with Partner Sales, GPC, Leadership and sales operations teams to ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Design and build sophisticated dashboards and reporting infrastructure using PowerBI, Tableau, and SQL to track business performance, partner ecosystems, and revenue metrics across B2B2C lifecycles
  • Develop predictive models and advanced analytics frameworks to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales pipelines, and forecast business outcomes
  • Perform strategic analysis of structured and unstructured data across multiple sources, using statistical methods to validate insights and guide executive decision-making
  • Create comprehensive performance scorecards measuring KPIs across partner delivery value, CSAT, GRR/NRR, product adoption, and operational efficiency

Strategic Planning & Executive Partnership
  • Serve as analytics thought partner to C-suite and senior leadership, translating data insights into executive-ready presentations and strategic recommendations
  • Lead annual business planning including ACV forecasting, quota planning, headcount management, and resource optimization using data-driven methodologies
  • Develop business intelligence frameworks that measure the impact of strategic initiatives
  • Build capability and metrics frameworks across customer and partner lifecycles, establishing consistent measurement standards organization-wide
  • Identify and quantify market opportunities through data analysis, competitive intelligence, and trend identification

Data Science & AI Innovation
  • Apply AI and machine learning techniques (LLMs, predictive models, automation) to solve complex business problems and enhance operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging AI tools (Gemini, GPT, generative AI) for process automation, insight generation, and decision support
  • Build data pipelines and infrastructure to organize, cleanse, and standardize data for analytics and reporting
  • Champion data-driven culture by democratizing insights and training teams on analytics best practices

Cross-Functional Program Management & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Drive multiple high-priority analytical initiatives simultaneously, managing projects from problem definition through insight delivery and action implementation
  • Partner with Partner Sales, GPC, Leadership and sales operations teams to align analytics roadmap with business priorities
  • Facilitate data-informed decision-making across senior stakeholders, navigating complex problem sets with clarity and business acumen
  • Lead analytics enablement programs that expand partner capabilities and drive upsell initiatives backed by data insights
  • Own rhythm of business for analytics deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality output that meets executive expectations

Team Leadership & Talent Development
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data analysts, business analysts, and analytics specialists
  • Build team capabilities in statistical modeling, data visualization, business intelligence, and strategic thinking
  • Foster culture of analytical excellence, curiosity, and continuous learning within the team
  • Coach team members on communication skills, helping translate technical insights into business-friendly narratives

Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of progressive experience in data analytics, management consulting, or business intelligence
  • Proven track record as analytics partner to senior executives, delivering insights that drove measurable business impact
  • Experience managing analytics for organizations with multi-million dollar revenue or supporting global business units
  • Direct experience building and managing analytics teams
  • History of partnering with C-suite and presenting data-driven recommendations to board-level stakeholders

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical field required
  • MBA in quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics) strongly preferred
  • Certifications in data science, machine learning, or business analytics (preferred)

Technical Skills
  • Business Tools: Advanced Excel/financial modeling; experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow) and analytics integrations
  • Advanced Analytics: Expert in statistical modeling, regression analysis, predictive analytics, forecasting, and experimental design
  • Data Visualization: Mastery of PowerBI, Tableau, or similar BI tools; ability to create executive-level dashboards and compelling data stories
  • AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with machine learning techniques, LLMs, and AI-powered analytics tools

Business & Strategic Capabilities
  • Deep understanding of business metrics, financial modelling, and revenue operations
  • Proven ability to translate technical analysis into strategic business recommendations
  • Experience with enterprise software partner ecosystems, GTM analytics, B2B2C business models, or SaaS metrics (preferred)
  • Knowledge of enterprise software, technology industry dynamics, or ecommerce analytics (plus)

Leadership & Communication
  • Exceptional executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders through data storytelling
  • Outstanding communication skills-ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across functions and drive consensus through data

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience at high-growth technology companies pivoted on SaaS model
  • Background in management consulting from top firms (Deloitte, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture)
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and analytics best practices
  • Familiarity with Agile analytics delivery methodologies

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $139,900 - $244,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
